Your butler agent will take care of your wishes from booking a spa treatment or a table in one of our restaurants, to organizing a special surprise for your beloved one—while keeping your tastes, preferences and habits into consideration in order to make your stay the most pleasant possible.

Premium butler room guests will be entitled to access and enjoy the premium butler lounge where they will be entitled to the following facilities:

• 24 hours service for soft drinks & snacks
• Breakfast will be served from 06:00 AM till 10:30 AM
• Happy hour from 18:00 PM till 19:30 PM (one local wine or beer free)
